LAGEDO Invests in Sustainable Tyre Recycling with Ventilex
Project Overview
Ventilex supplied two custom-designed fluid bed dryer lines for LAGEDO A.Ş., supporting an innovative tyre recycling process that converts end-of-life car and truck tyres into valuable raw materials.
The drying systems form an essential part of the production process for TyreXol®, a micronized rubber powder used in tyre manufacturing and other industrial applications. By enabling efficient processing of recovered materials, the project contributes directly to circular economy objectives and sustainable manufacturing.
The challenge
Every year, approximately 1.5 billion tyres reach the end of their service life. Recovering these materials without compromising their quality is essential for reducing waste and creating valuable secondary raw materials.
LAGEDO required a reliable drying solution that could be integrated into its newly developed recycling process while supporting continuous industrial production.

Ventilex engineered and supplied two fluid bed dryer lines specifically designed for the LAGEDO production facility in Turkey.
