Testing at Ventilex

In our factory, we can simulate processes with varying parameters and thus determine the best possible product processing. This is necessary for many processes to prevent damage to the product.

At Ventilex, we take testing and pilot studies seriously. Every product is different. We know that size of the product, and changes in density during processing and drying have a big effect on the optimization of the process. This is why we take each product and application seriously.
We take your samples and evaluate them for various characteristics. We optimize energy use along with minimization of equipment, capital expenditure and waste. Samples can be subjected to tests at temperatures up to 600°C. After carefully analysis of the results, each installation is custom designed and manufactured.

Testing at the Ventilex Pilot Plant

Ventilex offers testing programs for your product with our equipment. We offer testing at our facility, or testing at your facility. Testing at the Ventilex Pilot Plant can be an economical method of determining if Fluid Bed Drying, Fluid Bed Cooling, or Flash Drying is the proper method for drying or cooling your product.
Costs are based on per day of testing plus any out of pocket expenses. Additionally, discharged air quality testing can be arranged by Ventilex through a neutral third party at additional costs.
Each product to be tested must be evaluated prior to acceptance for suitability, explosion risk, disposal methods, and health hazards.
